At Poggio , returns are welcome

 

Our primary objective is your complete satisfaction, which is why if you are not 100% satisfied with your outfit, Poggio offers you the possibility of returning your order provided that:

 

1. Whether the product(s) were purchased on our online site www.poggio.cc

2. That your return request be notified within a maximum of 30 days after the date of your order confirmation.

3. That the items purchased are in their original packaging with the label and of course that they have never been worn and or washed.

 

1. The return of your order is your responsibility.

2. Please contact our customer service to obtain a return number without which your return will not be accepted.

3. Once in possession of your return number, pack the product in its original bag, then in a box to avoid any damage during transportation.

4. Provide us with the return tracking number.

5. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the amount of your order less the cost of transport.
